Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

During the new year we visited a hotel and had a great time. The two complementary facts we enjoyed the most were the shuttle service to the ski lift and the free ski guiding service. The shuttle was very regular which meant we never had to wait, and the ski guide was a great way to navigate the mountains. Additionally, the hotel's key location near the ski lift was very convenient. One more advantage that we enjoyed was the delicious food at the hotel restaurant.

One major issue that we had with the hotel was the strange arrangement of the ski rooms. They were physically separated for boots and ski equipment, which was inconvenient.

The resort is located in a picturesque mountain setting, providing a breathtaking view of the Zillertal. The public areas are eclectic and well-maintained, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It is conveniently located near a grocery store, making it easy to purchase any necessary items. The ski lifts are also easily accessible, allowing for a seamless skiing experience.

The reservation system can be confusing, as it prioritizes previous guests based on German school holiday weeks, potentially leaving newcomers at a disadvantage.

We couldn't have asked for more.

The only minor issue was that some of the staff members struggled with English, making communication a bit challenging at times.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a remarkable resort nestled in the heart of beautiful Austria. The moment we arrived, we were captivated by the serene ambiance and friendly atmosphere. Our spacious suite boasted magnificent views of the surrounding mountains, creating a truly idyllic setting for our stay.

Although we encountered a minor issue with a slight smell in certain areas that seemed to be unavoidable due to the surrounding fields, it did not dampen our overall enjoyment of the resort. The quality of the food was occasionally inconsistent, but there were several dishes that exceeded our expectations.

the facilities were great including the 3 pools and mountain bikes offered. the breakfast was amazing too. We especially enjoyed the location and the view of the valley from our room.

The lack of programming for young children. we found the dinner seating arrangements very rigid and assigned tables made us uncomfortable.

Although the food was quite good, the dining area felt a little cramped and busy during peak hours. the limited dinner menu options were somewhat disappointing, especially for picky eaters like myself.
